You can pay the rent monthly to my bank account; it is also possibility to pay once for the whole time. It is not possibly to pay with card!

The minimum rental period in one semester is 4 month!

The arrival and key collection time is between 08:00 until 22:00 clock possible!

Single Rooms for rent

For the single room you have to pay 320,-€uro and for the sheet and bed linen and cleaning at the end of your staying 60,-€uro. 
Two month deposit 640,-€uro.
The first Month´s Rent is for March / October.

Double Rooms for rent

For the double room you have to pay 280,-€uro and for the sheet and bed linen and cleaning at the end of your staying 60,-€uro. 
Two month deposit 560,-€uro.
The first Month´s Rent is for March/October.

All other rentals you have to pay into the account in the first week of the current month.

Bicycles for rent

We have bicycles in the student living community.
If you want, you can rent one for 6,-€uro a month..
